Information we collect
- Details you send for reservations or questions: name, phone, e-mail, stay dates, guest numbers and message content (including WhatsApp).

- Public messages and photos you share with us on social media, if we use them with your consent.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, confirm stays, organise farm-to-table experiences, improve the website and meet tourism and legal duties. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for language and session. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (such as language) may then reset.
Sharing
We may share data with hosting and IT providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. Reservations made by phone or WhatsApp stay within our guest-communication tools.
Retention
Guest correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the stay, accounting and legal periods, then deleted or anonymised.

- Receiving and confirming accommodation and farm-experience reservations.
- Communicating by phone, e-mail and WhatsApp before and during your stay.
- Operating this website (language, security, basic logs).
- Invoicing, tourism reporting and other legal obligations.
Legal bases
Processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interests in running a safe eco-village (Art. 5/2-f), legal duties (Art. 5/2-ç) and, where needed, your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Data categories
Identity and contact data, reservation details, communication content, and limited transaction/log data. We do not request sensitive health data unless you volunteer it for accessibility or dietary needs.
Transfer
Data may be transferred to IT/hosting providers and, if required, to public authorities. WhatsApp (Meta) may process messages according to its own terms when you write us on that channel.
Your KVKK rights (Art. 11)
You may learn whether we process your data; request information, correction or deletion; object to processing; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Apply in writing to the address above or by e-mail. We respond within 30 days as a rule. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
